Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address immediately after confirmation.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, including the packing slip, and attach the return label to the outside.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your refund status.
